THE FIRM 

Our client is a major Australian law firm whose Banking and Finance team
leads the profession with its expertise in navigating Australia's complex regulatory landscape.

Advising large, mid-tier and boutique lenders (both local and global) as well as Australian and foreign government entities, our client's B&F team acts for a diverse range of clients including major international and Australian banks, large corporate borrowers, developers and property funds.

THE ROLE

This role represents a career shaping opportunity for a 1 to 3 PAE lawyer to play a key role advising financiers and borrowers on issues across the spectrum of Banking & Finance law including real estate investment and development financings, acquisition and leveraged financings and general corporate financings. 
 
THE PERSON

You're a junior Banking and Finance Lawyer looking for both mentorship and autonomy at a firm with a future. You're an agile team player looking for that career defining role with realistic billables.
