Your new company

Push yourself within the Customer Relations arm of a bank renowned for leading the Australian financial services space. Develop within a team of skilled individuals, who are highly involved in their case management, delivering outcomes with integrity and sensible financial practice.

Your new role

Manage disputes resolutions cases spanning across credit, lending, financial hardship, debt collections and other consumer banking areas. Interpret complaints documentation and pass appropriate resolution with respect to applicable legal/regulatory issues. Perform extensive and thorough investigations into cases that are beyond negotiated resolution outcomes. Compile comprehensive correspondence and reporting on cases.

Your skillset and experience

  • At least one year experience in disputes resolution case management within banking and financial services
  • High awareness of legal and regulatory issues relevant to industry and work flow
  • Extensive knowledge and engagement with the Ombudsman
  • Bachelor in Law is favourable
  • Proficient communication skills
