We are currently looking to appoint an experienced personal injury paralegal to join our team with a focus on motor vehicle accident and public liability claims.
The Role
This is a fabulous opportunity for a switched on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role is very "hands on" and includes a variety of
responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients;
- Diary management;
- Assisting with administrative tasks;
- Cost recovery;
- Preparing and editing documents;
- Filing correspondence, client documents and accounts;
- File management;
- General ad-hoc office administration duties

About You
To be considered for the role you must have:
- 3+ years prior relevant experience (Plaintiff personal injury knowledge and/or experience essential);
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Client service focus with strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent organisational skills including strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, both internally and with clients;
- A friendly, down to earth nature and must enjoy working as part of a team;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
