An opportunity has opened within a national firm for an associate/senior level lawyer with an already established background in IP matters. The firm has a reputation for advising major players both nationally and internationally across all major industries and providing strategic and commercial guidance on all areas of IP.

As a 3+ PAE lawyer, you will have experience in shareholders & partnership agreements, JV and IP development agreements, trademark applications, and trademark portfolio management. Those who have experience in patent litigation and trademark litigation will be highly sought after.
