THE ROLE
This is a full time 6 month contract position, with hours 9 am to 5 pm. As a Float Legal Secretary you will support a team of legal professionals within a variety of areas of law.
Your duties will include:

Diary and Email management
Billing
Drafting and amending of legal documents
File management
Liaising with clients
Dictaphone typing

THE CANDIDATE
To be successful in securing an interview you must possess:

Experience working as a Float Legal Secretary
Professional presentation
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
