About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the overall Quality requirements of Lex Medicus, through Quality Assurance (QA) of all Medico Legal Reports, the File Management process, and providing advice to Consultants and lawyers/insurers/clients where required.
The role is responsible for the day-to-day management, training and mentoring of the Quality Assurance and Admin Teams, including prioritisation of workflow and ongoing mentoring against quality matrix and ISO standards.
The QA Manager also works closely with the General Manager to build and manage relationships with medical consultants, lawyers and insurers as the business expands.

- Strong understanding of the law and legal and/or medical experience with legal and/or medical qualification & experience highly regarded.

Role and responsibility:
- Overall management of Quality Assurance and Admin Teams, including prioritisation of workloads, mentoring and updates to management and executive teams
- Overall responsibility for quality of service delivery and reports and templates through file team and quality assurance processes
- All reports reviewed in preparation for final release to clients
- QA reporting, quality matrix and process improvements in line with ISO standards
