Rare opportunity for a Junior Lawyer to join a highly regarded boutique firm in the CBD.
Supporting a busy Partner in the areas of Commercial and Commercial Litigation you will need to have at least 12 months experience in this area of law. The Partner specialises in the area of building and construction including all aspects of disputes - mediation, arbitration and litigation.
You will be actively involved in all stages of matters (under supervision) including:
- Liaising with clients
- Preparing for trials
- Briefing counsel
- Appearing in court
We welcome applications from candidates who have a minimum of 12 months PAE experience, solid attention to detail, ability to prioritise conflicting priorities and have solid communication skills.
