Work directly alongside 2 expert Partners across complex and cutting edge dispute resolution matters involving contracts, professional indemnity, resources and insolvency.

You will be joining a dynamic and modern team who provide their clients with the highest levels of service and accurate technical advice. They are very highly regarded for their expertise in conducting and managing large scale commercial disputes. They practice across a range of areas within dispute resolution including:

• Corporate and commercial disputes;
• Directors duties and professional negligence;
• Property disputes
• Joint ventures and farm in agreements
• Resources and energy disputes including regulatory matters
• Insolvency and financial disputes

This is an ideal opportunity for a talented lawyer to further develop their skills working upon high level matters. The firm offers a clear pathway for progression within the team.

The firm is interested in applications from lawyers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispute resolution gained within either private practice or in-house.
