This pre-eminent team is involved in a full range of transactions including public and private M&A, capital markets and all aspects of corporate law. Work with the very best lawyers in the region with superior local and international experience.
  
You will be joining a stable, cohesive and well managed team with an enviable client base. You will have the opportunity to work both with your immediate team and the resources teams within the firm. Your team includes 2 Partners, 2 Senior Associates, and 2 lawyers. The team is consistently in demand and there are considerable opportunities for promotion and career development.
  
They are involved in a full range of transactional matters including a number landmark transactions. The partners are recognized as leading experts throughout the Asia Pacific region. The team works closely with leading ASX listed companies in the mining and resources industries as well as a leading groups from a range of industry sectors.

They are now looking for a talented corporate lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience who will sit between the lawyers and the Senior Associates. You will receive first class mentoring and guidance from the best in the field.
