Our client, a highly reputable and well regarded organisation is seeking a SA/SC level Commercial Lawyer based in Canberra. Ideally you will have government experience preferably gained with a major national or global law firm or a highly performing in-house team.
We seek lawyers with strong communication, strategic and analytical skills, who have good attention to detail and significant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Implementing procurement law, policy and practice
- Major ICT arrangements
- Significant capital acquisition projects
- Intellectual property
- Probity (beneficial but not essential)
