Our client is looking for a strong Legal Secretary to join their insurance team on part-time basis. They are looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual, who has the ability to turn out accurate work quickly. Working to fixed deadlines you will need to be able to prioritise and organise your workload efficiently to deliver what is required. The role:
Duties include:
- Diary and email management
- File management
- Preparation of documents and correspondence
- Monthly billing and reporting
- Tracking and reconciling expenses
- Travel Coordination
Candidate Skills:
- Previous Legal Secretarial experience (Min 3 years experience)
- Highly developed attention to detail skills
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach
- Ability to develop rapport with others quickly and maintain relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient computer skills
