The Roles
We have several clients seeking experienced Conveyancing Clerks who can run files from start to end across a range of matters including residential, off the plan and commercial files. Your day-to-day will include:
- Diary management
- Running files from end-to-end
- Liaising with clients, banks and other solicitors
- Drafting initial letters
- Conducting online searches
- Calculating settlement figures
- In-house stamping
- Other general administration
You
To be suitable, you must have at least 2 years' experience running conveyancing files A to Z autonomously. In addition, you will be reliable, switched on, enjoy a fast pace and come to work with a proactive team-focused attitude.
