About the Role:
Reporting to the Manager - Legal Services, the primary purpose of this role is to support collection services, debt acquisition and external clients.
You will analsye matters that are referred to the Litigation team and make recommendations on settlements, negotiations and further actions to be taken. Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence in a timely and efficient matter will enable your success. You will be liaising with internal key stakeholders along with external legal representatives and customers.
About You:
Ideally you have achieved a Law Degree (or part there of) and have practical experience in a legal environment dealing with debt recovery litigation Proceedings. A broad understanding of collections and the methodologies of recoveries is essential.
