Our client is seeking an experienced and talented legal secretary to support their busy litigation legal team.
The Role:
The Legal Secretary role places absolute emphasis on providing superior administrative and secretarial support. Showcase your organisational and time management skills and experience in this role.
Your duties will cover a variety of tasks (not limited to):
- Drafting and amending correspondence
- Diary and travel management
- Filing (e-filing and paper)
- Database management and reporting
- Billing
- General administration
- Photocopying, filing and faxing
About you:
- Commerical Litigation experience well regarded
- Enthusiastic and dedicated approach
- Ability to develop rapport with others quickly and maintain relationships
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid knowledge of legal secretarial process and practices
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Outstanding attention to detail skills
