It may well be that you are in a firm where some ‘strong personalities’ are dominant or where there is an ‘inner circle’.
This newer entrant to the market is successfully over the start-up phase and seeking to build out their client offering. They are already represented across commercial, private advisory, environmental, and property/ construction. With the core of the firm commencing in construction in the developer space they are seeking to add a Construction Disputes Partner rather than referring on work as they are currently.
With a fresh but mature approach they have attracted a number of Partners who have given us feedback that they enjoy having a real contribution to the firm and that there is strong support across the partners to assist each other with referrals and introductions. They are leaders in technology to support their businesses and their clients. The Managing Partner has worked at two of the larger firms and has developed a remuneration model that ensures fairness in terms of financials and contributions.
This opportunity could suit either an established Partner who is looking for a long-term home or a Special Counsel in a larger firm with a following who is ready to transition to Partnership.
