The firm
Our client is a well-established boutique law firm based in South Melbourne. They have a range of work across a number of different industries and pride themselves on their close-knit and supportive work environment.
The role
This role will be supporting primarily 1 Partner in the commercial team however there will also be capacity to provide support to the other lawyers from time to time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary and file management
- Dictaphone
- Monthly billing however it is fairly straight forward
- Liaising with clients
- Preparation of court documents and briefs as well as letters and correspondence
- General day-to-day administration support
You
The successful candidate will be an experienced secretary with a background ideally in commercial and corporate. You will be highly motivated, have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and bring a ‘yes’ attitude into work daily.
