The Company
Our client is a law firm specialising in family law. They provide expert advice and assistance in relation to youth justice, family violence and more.
The role
This role will begin as a temporary position with the view to permanency. You will be reporting to and assisting two other Senior Secretaries while providing support to this busy practice.
Your responsibilities will include;
- Reception
- Typing
- Filing, document tracking and archiving
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Liaising with all parties within the organisation as well as clients
- General day-to-day administration support
You
In order to be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience within an office environment, have a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, be reliable, switched on and have an upbeat team focused attitude with a smile on your face! Experience with Leap will be highly advantageous!
