Who are we looking for?
We're actively working with a range of clients operating across the IT, entertainment, insurance and financial services industries (to name a few!) on their full and part-time assignment needs, and we're interested in hearing from corporate and commercial lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD assignment journey straight away. Examples of some of the interesting work you may be involved in on assignment includes providing commercially-sound BAU legal advice and support on various matters, including commercial contracts, corporate, marketing, consumer and competition law, IT (including SaaS) and compliance in fast paced and dynamic environments. These assignments are ranging in duration from 2 to 10 months.
To join us, you will
- Have between 4-12 years relevant PQE in corporate/commercial law with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience.
- Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
- Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
