Due to continued growth and success within this leading Social Justice Law Firm, an exciting opportunity is now available for a talented Legal Assistant to join their friendly, close knit floating team.
 
You'll certainly enjoy variety in your role as you assist Partners and their teams throughout the firm.
  
Assisting in different practice groups including Personal Injury, Workcover, TAC, Medical Negligence, Superannuation,  Class Actions and Employment Law,  to name a few,  you'll also enjoy varied tasks including;

• file and email management
• liaison with internal and external clients
• answering and managing telephone calls
• preparation of documents and court briefs
• billing and expense reports
• arranging meetings and  scheduling diary appointments

This firm recognises the importance of and values the contribution of their floating Legal Assistants and as such you'll definitely be made to feel part of the team.
 
To be successful in this role you will need to have;

• strong attention to detail
• well developed organisational skills
• a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in either Personal Injury law or litigation
• strong MS Word/typing skills
• a friendly, pro-active and flexible team attitude
