The purpose of the legal internship is to give a student the opportunity to gain an understanding of the role, systems and process of the legal department at Tennis Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the Legal Intern’s duties include but are not be limited to:
- Assist the legal team with maintaining and updating its contract records
- Drafting documents.
- Assist each member of the legal team with general administrative tasks.
- Assist with legal research when required.
To be considered for this position, you must be:
- Currently studying Bachelor of Laws with a compulsory requirement to complete a student placement
- Have an understanding of legal practices.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy
