As part of a leading team you will advise leading ASX listed companies and renowned international organisations. You will be providing strategic and cutting edge advice on M&A and private equity issues, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters.
  
Who you will be:
The firm's client base reads like a "who's who" of corporate Australia and the firm services its clients on a national and international level. You will have experience across: 

•  financial services industry - particularly with trusts, superannuation, wealth structures and private equity 
• corporatised private wealth - advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of complex, high value private wealth structures incorporating companies 

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be a confident and capable communicator and will be driven to perform among highly successful peers.
