Our insurance & health team is headed up by 19 well respected principals across 6 states. The department is recognised throughout the insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance (including public liability, CTP, product liability and professional indemnity files) and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas.
We're currently seeking an Insurance PA to join our Brisbane office. Duties of this role will include:
• dictaphone typing and amendments;
• file management – opening/closing files and filing;
• drafting basic letters;
• client liaison;
• brief preparation;
• monthly billing and reporting; and
• general secretarial support.
We're seeking an intermediate to senior level PA with experience in defendant insurance. We need someone who will hit the ground running by offering good support to our team.
