The good stuff:

With a broad focus across Commercial Matters, the role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Managing stakeholder relationships - including the Executive Team
Extensive research & drafting of contracts & agreements
Providing legal advice in relation to legislative & regulatory changes, policy development and resolving complex legal issues
Negotiating on major tenders/contracts
Briefing and managing outsourced matters

Due to the general nature of this role, no two days will ever be the same! Matters could include IP, IT, Litigation, Privacy and Financial Services. For this reason, we are looking for a generalist Commercial gun, preferably with In-House experience in a complex organisation. We will also consider PP candidates that have worked across a broad range of Commercial matters for at least 3-4 years.
