Your new company
You will be joining the leader in senior living, who provide high quality retirement villages, aged care homes and personal home care throughout NSW. They have been proudly serving Australia for over 100 years and are a progressively growing Not for Profit organisation.
Your new role
This is a newly created role and is a result of the considerable growth the organisation has experienced, coupled with meeting the latest industry changes across the aged care sector. This position will focus on establishing and coordinating the organisation’s legal function. In this role you will be responsible for streamlining processes, reviewing, drafting and advising on a variety of contracts and advising the executive board on a wide range of legal issues.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will ideally have 6 - 10 years of PAE, have sound commercial acumen and have had exposure to a broad range of generalist commercial and in-house legal matters including risk and compliance. You will be admitted to practice in NSW and hold a current practising certificate in Australia. Experience in the Not for Profit space and exposure to large construction developments would be preferable.
