Native Title- Graduate/ Junior lawyer

This is the opportunity of a lifetime working with a leading Indigenous law firm. Work will be exciting and varied including working closely with indigenous land owners to negotiate commercial agreements (e.g. mining and development) regarding the use of their land. 
  
Be part of a team of lawyers passionate about native title law, while receiving active mentoring and on-the-job training. You will also assist local indigenous corporations with governance.
  
In this role, you will primarily focus on: Native Title Future acts;  Commercial negotiation; Corporate (governance, regulatory and employment); and Property.
  
What we’re looking for:

• Graduate to 2 years’ PQE
• Preferable  exposure to areas of law including: commercial law, resources, native title
• An adaptable, well-rounded team player able to fit in well 
• A solicitor looking for a chance to grow and develop a native title law/future acts practice
• A confident and competent lawyer with a strong social conscience
