As Agency Liaison Officer you will assist the business in regards to our regulatory obligations whilst providing exceptional customer service to our customers, law enforcement and government agencies in the lawful disclosure of information. You will work to prepare documentation for Court and provide advice to those agencies on the nature and type of assistance VHA can provide.
Reporting to the Agency Liaison Team Leader and working as part of the wider Legal team, this role will see you performing high volumes of data entry, invoicing and administrative duties whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality. You will also assist in the management and provision of warrants from law enforcement agencies. You will also present information in court as part of your career development.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call centre, administration or retail position. In these positions you will used your intermediate skills in excel and will have had experience in working with multiple CRMs. You will hold a current drivers licence and available to be on call after hours. To be considered for this position you will have full Australian working rights and be willing to undertake a security clearance check prior to commencing in the role.
Your ability to prioritise requests, take appropriate action and provide quality responses to queries will see you succeeding in the role. You will also have the opportunity to assist the business with meeting its legislative requirements under the various Telecommunications and Privacy Acts including relevant penalties and provisions with the support of the wider team.
