Based in Fitzroy, we seek a criminal lawyer who has experience working in the criminal justice system in Victoria and a capacity for further growth and development in a supportive work environment.
Our firm is looking for a hard-working team player who embraces the challenge of working as a defence lawyer in a demanding industry.
The successful applicant will regularly appear as a solicitor advocate in various courts throughout metropolitan Melbourne and manage a substantial case load, including matters in the County and Supreme Courts.
A working knowledge of the Magistrates Court procedure and protocol is essential to successfully perform this role, along with a capacity to work independently.
Salary commensurate with experience.
