Our client is an established Migration Consulting Agency with established officers in China offering specialised services to our overseas clients offshore and onshore. The Department is also a part of broader organisation with services spanning outside of migration services, all of which work closely to service our growing clientele. The Department will be looking to expand their services into a new market with potential for the team to expand.
The Role
The Manager, Migration Services will be a MARA Licenced Migration Agent with a focus on customer service to improve service quality and work closely with our internal stakeholders to manage current and new clients. The successful candidate must also be able to communicate both written and spoken in Mandarin.
The role's main responsibilities include:
- Preparation and lodgement of visa applications
- Manage the delivery of visa applications and provide sound advice to clients
- Act as the subject matter expert across all migration issues
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve service quality and manage new and existing clients
- Develop strong client relationships with SIV clients
- Liaise with senior management team to provide business plan to contribute towards the department's strategic direction
- Outline and raise any professional risk and to mitigate issues where required
- Mentor, develop and manage a team
Essential Requirements
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the below.
- Over 5 years experience in managing visa applications
- Proven technical ability and knowledge of all migration matters
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal language skills in both English and Mandarin
- Demonstrated skills within MS office suites
