The Role
This role is supporting a Partner and Senior Associate in the Workplace Relations and Safety team. This role will require you to provide superior senior administrative support to remove the need for the fee earners to do non billable tasks. This role will provide you with variety and include tasks such as:
- High level diary management
- Assist on files when possible and required
- Develop strong client relationships
- Take instructions from clients on behalf of the team
- Expense reconciliation and reimbursements
- Preparation of court forms and online filing
- Organisation of events and seminars
- Billing
- File management
Who are you?
You will have a strong background as a legal secretary within workplace relations or litigation. You will have the ability to manage the days of the people you support and assist them to get on with billable work. As client interaction is a part of this role you must enjoy dealing with clients along with a composed and calm approach. You will have demonstrated strong organisation skills in your previous roles.
