Our client is a National law firm which is having massive growth and expansion and are looking for intermediate to senior legal secretaries to join their team.

The Role:

This role will see you provide Legal Secretarial support to a busy Insurance team. Not only will you have the chance to showcase your skills and experience but be a part of a new team and be a part of their success.

This is a team that has become very busy very quickly so you will not be bored!

To be successful in the role

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

• 3+ years' experience working within an insurance team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Have a very personable and friendly demeanour who really does enjoy coming into work each day
• Strong document management skills including advanced Word document skills
• Experience in document management system and legal billing systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage deadlines
• Ability to liaise at all levels (including very senior clients and partners)
• A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form relationships
• Resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
