• We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Labour & Employment lawyer of about 4 PQE with a strong employment law background to join our Australian Labour and Employment team. This role is based in our Perth office.

This is a client facing role where you will directly work with, and establish positive relationships with, our local, national and global clients.

We are looking for someone with experience in private practice, with a solid generalist background in employment law. The role is mostly front-end, advisory work, but litigation experience will be highly regarded. Strong drafting and writing skills are essential, as is the ability to take carriage of matters, but with some supervision from the Partner. Migration experience would also be highly regarded, although not essential.

In addition to your strong technical skills and employment law background, you will be a team player, motivated self-starter, possess strong communication skills and have a pro-active approach to your work, with the ability to work autonomously.
