You can expect exposure to a range of project areas, including:
- Major projects (including PPPs);
- Construction and operation contracts;
- Public procurement;
- Cross-border projects and transactions;
- Dispute resolution with construction matters;
- Security of payment claims; and
- Complex arbitration and litigation, as well as alternate dispute resolution procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years' post admission experience;
- Construction law practice background within top tier or international firm; and
- LLB with strong academics.
