Exciting new opportunity to join a leading organisation and take up a key senior role working on a major regulatory project on an initial contract basis. You will be responsible for providing advice to senior execs and the board, engaging with regulators (such as ASIC, APRA), briefing external lawyers/barristers/witnesses and other related matters.
You will be a senior regulatory lawyer with litigation and investigations experience with 6 years+ pae (including major law firm experience). You will bring exceptional technical legal ability as well as outstanding written and oral communication skills, adaptability and a genuine commercial appreciation.
