Our Team

Our Sydney Corporate M&A team has been one of the most active Australian team over the past year. The deal flow has been prolific and has included iconic transactions, hostile takeover bids, large scale cross border M&A and distressed debt transactions.

Your role

Our Sydney M&A team currently has an opening for a talented Senior Associate to work primarily on high value private M&A transactions, with a particular focus in the Real Estate and Financial Services sectors.

Our partners ideally are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic junior SA with top-tier training and an excellent understanding of black letter law. 

What you need

We welcome applications from lawyers with:

• • experience practising in a highly regarded corporate practice
  • technical expertise in public and private corporate M&A transactions
  • an enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • the ability to work collaboratively in high performance teams
  • an entrepreneurial and self-motivated spirit
  • prior experience within the Real Estate or Financial Services sectors is preferred but not necessarily required
