This is an opportunity to join a motivated young team of lawyers working across the fields of business, commercial, property and succession law work, with high end clients and complex structures. For this role you will need strong technology skills, solid knowledge of trusts, corporate structures and business transactions. You must have:

• At least 5 years PAE with strong technology skills preferred;

• A passion for creating business referrals and opportunities;

• Experience in commercial transactions, business and share sales, re-structures, trusts, revenue advices, finance and securities;

• The ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• A sense of humour and a desire for learning;

• The ability to demonstrate a strong attention to detail; and

• To use software systems and case-flows for greater efficiency.
