The Office of Public Prosecutions is seeking applications to fill a position within our Proceeds of Crime team.
In this role you will be responsible for the preparation of a wide variety of Confiscation Act litigation in the Melbourne County and Supreme Courts and in instructing Counsel appearing for the DPP.

- have extensive knowledge of civil rules and procedure, and working knowledge of the criminal law
