We have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join our Commercial Insurance team in our growing Brisbane office. In this role you will be working on a broad range of liability matters, particularly those involving complex liability and quantum issues, intentional torts, property damage, product liability and statutory classes of insurance across a range of sectors, including schools, churches, construction companies, shopping centres, pubs, hotels, sports associations, small businesses and state government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years' experience from a well-regarded Insurance firm with experience in defendant liability claims, excellent attention to detail, strong written and negotiation skills and excellent organisational ability. The successful candidate will be working in a busy litigation practice and working on claims for both large domestic and international insurers.
