Role
As a Personal Injuries Paralegal, you will be assisting on Medical Negligence Claims. Duties involve drafting pre court and court documentation, dealing with clients, organising medico-legal appointments, assisting Solicitors with client management, assisting with matters for hearing, managing databases, briefing and liaising with Counsel and general file management duties.
You
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Personal Injuries Paralegal experience, have an understanding of court proceedings and be client service orientated.
