A unique opportunity has arisen for a client focussed lawyer to join a boutique commercial intellectual property firm.
You will:
- be admitted to practise law in NSW, and have at least 3-6 year PAE, either in private practice or in-house
- have excellent written and communication skills
- have experience with contract drafting and negotiation
- be proficient in Microsoft Word
You will ideally also have:
- tertiary level qualifications in science
- experience or an interest in intellectual property
- experience working in or with research institutions
You will play an important role in helping our clients create and commercialise new technology, and your self-motivated nature means you will thrive in the hands on and flexible nature of a small, growing firm.
Sydney CBD location, with the likelihood of a part-time secondment at client premises in Westmead.
Full time position, but applications from candidates wishing to work 0.8-0.9 FTE will also be considered. Salary to be commensurate with skills and experience.
