The Corporate team act for a diverse range of clients form both the private and public sectors. The team are involved in assisting major listed and unlisted public companies, government bodies and large private entities. About you
You will have at least 1 to 2 years' experience and be excited to expand on your experience across the entire corporate team. You will demonstrate a drive to succeed in conjunction with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform in a high pressure environment. You will be excited about taking the next step in your career and bring with you the ability to develop client relationships, excellent drafting skills and have a genuine interested to work with like-minded professionals as part of a team.
The role
A role within our Corporate team will see the successful candidate working on a range of commercial, information technology and intellectual property matters. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, technology contracts, sponsorship arrangements and supply and distribution agreements. You will have the ability to bounce ideas off your colleagues and have easy access to Partners and senior practitioners.
