MinterEllison Flex contract lawyers are carefully chosen. Once you join our talent pool, you will have ongoing access to specialist, know how, training and support. Then, as various appropriate opportunities arise, you will be contacted to determine interest, suitability and availability.
Your Role & What you Need
MinterEllison has a number of opportunities for talented Financial Services lawyers, with at least 3 –7 years' experience to assist with a range of longer term client secondments in Melbourne and Sydney.
These are fantastic opportunities for bright and client focused lawyers with financial services experience. We require strong corporate transactional, advisory and compliance experience and expertise in any of the following:
- Retail Funds and Consumer Banking
- Investment Banking
- Wealth Management
- Managed funds
- Superannuation
- Life Insurance (preferred not essential)
We welcome applications from lawyers with:
- Experience advising as in-house and/or at a top tier or specialist law firm
- Demonstrated technical expertise in a broad range matters
- A client focused approach and a demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
- A broader financial services industry knowledge and the ability to assist the larger financial services practice group where required
