We are working exclusively with a not for profit children's' charity to source a Senior Lawyer/Commercial Manager for the Sydney office. The role will involve being the key legal contact for all Australian operations advising on a broad range of issues. Key working relationships will include the CFO, Company Secretary, Property Manager and Risk Manager. 

The role will be 4 days a week which can be split anyway you like and flexibility (such as working from home) is not a problem. The role is ideal for someone who understands that not for profit can sometimes move at a different pace to larger corporations and that black letter law isn't always best.

Candidates must have;

• 8 + years experience
• Some not for profit experieince
• NSW admission
• Permanent right to work in Australia
