Due to growth and a busy environment, this dynamic global-brand industry leader seeks to add a lawyer to its close-knit team.
You will have approximately 3-5 years PQE in general commercial and IT/TMT law acquired in a leading law firm together with relevant secondment or in-house experience. These environments will have honed your outstanding drafting and negotiation skills.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work very closely with the business, advising on a range of transactions and privacy issues, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of IT agreements, as well as managing legal and commercial risk.
This is a highly visible role within the business where an easy going, confident, highly developed commercial focus and pragmatic style will lead to your success.
