The Role

Reporting to a Partner, who has been described as "a lovely guy", we are looking for a tech savvy and ambitious junior to intermediate legal secretary who is looking to take the next step in their career.  

Duties

• Diary management including travel coordination
• Document preparation - collating, amending and reformatting documents
• File maintenance - electronic and hard copy 
• Client reporting and billing
• Assisting with business development and marketing projects

Skills & Expertise

• Experience as a legal secretary
• Exposure in a commercial practice group a strong advantage
• Strong technical skills - Microsoft Office
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Energetic and pro-active attitude
