The Corporate and Finance practice Team is impressive in every avenue and they are now on the lookout for an outstanding Associate to join their team in Singapore.
You will be involved in:
- High value M&A, private equity and other corporate transactions;
- Cross border matters
About you:
- A Lawyer with at least 5+ PQE
- In the Corporate Transactional team of a leading international law firm
- Able to take the lead and manage junior team members
- Qualified in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction
