As a leading Melbourne firm known for its great culture, our client is seeking a switched-on and enthusiastic Litigation/Commercial Legal Secretary to support 2/3 fee earners. 

You will be working closely with another secretary supporting a Senior Associate within Litigation and a Partner within commercial law. 

Responsibilities will include: -

• Drafting of court documents and correspondence
• Diary management and scheduling appointments 
• Monthly billing and account management 
• Opening and closing files
• Online court filing
• General Administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing) 
• Answering and directing phone calls (clients) 

This position would suit someone who is experienced in either Litigation or Commercial Law.
