The firm:
This law firm has one of Australia's best defendant insurance practices across personal injury, professional indemnity, product liability and property liability matters. With the potential for a 4 day per week part time option (the preference would be 5 days, but the partner is flexible), this is a rare opportunity to join a market leader.

About the role: 
Working alongside an experienced and highly regarded partner, your matters will be across:

• all classes of defendant liability work including: 
  - complex product, public and property liability matters; 
  - personal injury and professional indemnity matters;
• a PIPA focus to your file load but not any WorkCover or CTP matters.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will:

• be at 4-8 years' PAE level in defendant public liability or personal injuries work;
• be highly organised and confident in autonomously managing a busy fileload; and
• have a commercial approach in working closely with your clients.
