The Role
Working with some of the leading workplace lawyers, you will work closely with the Partner and assist in leading the team while running your own files. The work will range from hiring arrangements through to management issues in the workplace, including industrial relations, anti-discrimination, safety and remuneration.

Duties

• Have highly developed employment and OHS experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Independently manage files while working within a team environment
• Appearing in various Tribunals and Courts as required on matters
• Utilise your experience and networking to build and nurture client relationships
• Mentoring of junior staff

Experience

• 2+yrs PAE in employment law for employers
• Good communication skills
• Competent appearing at hearings
