About the role

​​​​​An opportunity now exists for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Workplace Relations team. We are looking for talented individuals to join on a full time or part time basis.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • IR/ OHS/ Employment expertise
  • a strong understanding of the local business and workplace relations envrionment
  • exceptional client management skills
  • an ability to  supervise/mentor junior lawyers.

In addition to your strong technical skills and employment law background, you will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage matters autonomously.
