Energy
Primarily underpinning an energetic Partner on the upswing, you will be coming in as a 2iC. A driven and extroverted individual, with personal business development goals, will find themselves well supported. Intention is to grow this practice from within in the medium term, seeing a pathway emerging for you in the coming 2-3 years.
Multijurisdictional
Scope of matters will primarily lie in domestic, complex construction disputes, with the client list spanning tier one contractors, developers and some principals. Also expect some international arbitration engagement; Middle Eastern and APAC slant. Infrastructure disputes encompass transport, power, oil and gas and renewables.
Profile
A forward thinking SA in their second or third year since conversion, experience in a technical backend construction role, including with IA on major infrastructure, and a desire to continue to specialise and build a practice would be ideally suited.
